CROSSFIT READING is United Kingdom’s most successful state of the art CrossFit® box
designed to suit all athletes from beginners through to advanced competitors.

We are and have been an official CrossFit affiliated facility since 2008, and are a part of the broader global CrossFit community.

Our facility is different to mainstream commercial gyms. We have minimal machines  as we believe in training you to move your body naturally, not move your body around a machine. We use Olympic weights and barbells, pull up rigs, kettlebells,  plyometric boxes, giant tyres for lifting, drag sleds, medicine balls, skipping ropes, atlas stones dumbbells, carry yokes and other equipment that teach us to move our bodies functionally (naturally) rather than teach us to move the way to a machine.

Our facility is coached by qualified coaches with a wealth of qualifications, knowledge and training experience between them including;

  • CrossFit Level 1 Certification
  • CrossFit Level 1 & Level 2 Trainers
  • CrossFit Gymnastics
  • Level 3 Personal Training
  • British Weight Lifting

We are passionate about our training and our  coaching.

Get faster, stronger and more powerful with our coached group CrossFit sessions. Each element and workout can be scaled for each individual’s needs and sessions are limited in numbers to ensure attention from coaches.

We Offer

READING WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB

Our popular weightlifting club is British Weightlifting (BWL) affiliated and based at our CrossFit facility. Specialist BWL coaches run 3 sessions a week. If you’re new to weightlifting, you must complete one of our Learn to Lift Courses before attending sessions.

Foundation is your introduction to the CrossFit world, where you will learn the fundamental movements are the basis for any CrossFit class. Each session brings an element of something new and fun to get you started in the CrossFit world.

CrossFit® is a state of mind, a philosophy and a lifestyle.

It doesn’t matter what shape or size you are because CrossFit® coaches people of all ages and abilities to improve their overall fitness in a fun and challenging environment. Get started by trialling a FREE session or by booking straight onto one of our Foundations Courses, specifically designed for beginners and you will soon become a CrossFit® addict!

Step One:

Free Trial Session

Enjoy a FREE 60 minute training session and see if CrossFit® is for you. With classes running throughout the day simply pick a slot and Sign Up!

Step Two:

Foundation Classes

The course consists of 3 sessions and run at set times in the week. There is an option to do a 121 Foundations Course where you can do it at times that suit you.

Step Three:

General Classes
